c# post文字图片至服务器

最近由于项目需要实现c#提交文字及数据至服务器，因此研究了1下c# php数据传送；
下面用1个示例来演示，c# post文字+图片 ，php端接收；
需要添加：using system.web;
如果你的VS2010中右侧援用栏.NET里面没有，可以在以下目录中查找该.dll添加进来便可

1、c#客户端
为了方便说明，我直接简化了，1个提交按钮就行了。
2、需要提交的图片
该图片寄存在俺的E盘根目录下面~~~~~（贴吧随意抓的1张图片）

3、php服务端
接收图片后寄存至，path = @"C:Loginlog";
